Divosa Spring Congress
At the Divosa Spring Congress in 2023, Nadia spoke about people with a distance to the labour market. During her talk, she shared with officials her vision of an inclusive labour market and what she believes is needed to achieve it.

The Maasvallei Network is a place where entrepreneurs help each other and grow their businesses through Open Coffees, intervision and other activities. This local connection helps expand networks and build friendships.
Every first Friday of the month is Maasvallei Network’s Open Coffee. Ictoria will be there, of course.

On Thursday 7 March, Ictoria will attend the Open Coffee of Weener XL. Weener XL is the work and development company of the city of ‘s-Hertogenbosch. The Open Coffee is a low-threshold way for jobseekers to get in touch with employers. Ictoria will be there, of course! As will Techniekcoalitie Brabant, McDonalds and Unit Groen.

On 27 May, Ictoria will attend Radboud University’s DAC Network Meeting. DAC stands for Dissability & Accessibility Committee. During this meeting, Ictoria will meet the committee, external advisers, external organisations and different disciplines within Radboud University.

On 6 February 2025, Nadia will give a presentation on inclusivity and diversity during the bdKO-SDB study tour. BdKO is the professional association for directors in childcare.
The tight labour market is also a frequent issue in this industry. With her story, Nadia hopes to pass on to participants the inclusive and sustainable ways in which they can strengthen their organisations.
