19 March is the day of the National Job Agreement. This time with theme: ‘Better on track with the Job Agreement 2024’. Professionals from UWV and municipalities will come together this day and be taken through practical stories and current affairs related to the Job Agreement.

The VeineDagen Fair is there for everyone with disabilities and professionals in care. Previously, the event took place under the name ‘support fair’. On 11, 12 and 13 April, Ictoria will be at the VeineDagen in the Jaarbeurs in Utrecht.
On 27 May, Ictoria will attend Radboud University’s DAC Network Meeting. DAC stands for Dissability & Accessibility Committee. During this meeting, Ictoria will meet the committee, external advisers, external organisations and different disciplines within Radboud University.
Ictoria is going international! On 28 June, Nadia will attend the Global Leadership Exchange event in Utrecht. The event provides an opportunity for disability, mental health and substance use professionals to network, share knowledge and make the role of leaders more inclusive.
September 19 is an exciting day for Ictoria, as the AANtWERK award will be presented then. Ictoria is participating in the small business category. The other finalists are: D.R.A.W and WoodMill.
Who better to advise on sustainable employability in the labour market than Nadia van den Heuvel? On 6 February 2025, Nadia will give a presentation on inclusivity and diversity during the bdKO-SDB study tour. BdKO is the professional association for directors in childcare.
The tight labour market is also a frequent issue in this industry. With her story, Nadia hopes to pass on to participants the inclusive and sustainable ways in which they can strengthen their organisations.
