Sustainable Development Goals (SDG)

The Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) are a global compass to make the world a better place. These 17 goals were compiled by the United Nations in 2015 and serve as a basis for a better future in 2030. The Netherlands participates in these efforts as well.

The SGDs of Ictoria:

At Ictoria, we believe it is important that everyone who is umemployed gets a second chance. Our ambition is to create a society where no one is left behind, but everyone is given the opportunity to grow and participate in a better society, and able to build a better life for themselves. This conviction, combined with our unique approach, fits seamlessly with the SDGs defined by the UN. Together, we keep track of the impact we’re making as a company.

We support the right of everyone to have the opportunity to work, and assist in their search for a workplace. This way, we prevent unemployment amongst people who for whatever reason have a labour market disadvantage, so that no one falls into poverty through unemployment.

At Ictoria, students from vocational education are given ample opportunity for self-development as interns, not only by learning skills, but also by discovering and exploring their interests and talents.
